Therefore we welcome preliminary inquiries by email and telephone, to ensure all relevant information is passed on prior to sale.
We will include certificates of authenticity.

If items are sold on the basis of a photo, without the buyer physically having examined them, we offer a full refund when the items prove unsatisfactory, on the condition of us receiving them in the state as when shipped. In this case the buyer only pays for packing, shipping and eventual declaration / broker / insurance costs. The buyer needs to inform us of his or her intent to return the purchased items within one week after receiving the goods. After this period we automatically assume that the buyer accepts the purchase.
